Talryn:
    - Fix sorting issues.
    * Sorting on Rank sorts on the numeric rank.
    * Sorting on Rank has a secondary sort on Last Online
    * Sorting on Level has a secondary sort on Name.
    - Fix bug in Member Details window.  A user cannot promote or demote another user of the same or lower rank.  These users were shown the invalid options.
    - Update description in the TOC.
    - Update TOC for 5.0.
    - Clean up the pkgmeta file.
    - A couple fixes to the rank changing code.
    - Removing error message for same rank since it isn't needed anymore.
    - For now, to be safe, clear selection if the roster changes.
    - Dropdown rank takes effect on save and not instantly.
