Peter Eliasson:
    - Added report window and report functionallity.
    * Can report to self, say, party, raid, guild, instance and whisper.
    - Fixed a bug where filters were applied but not reflected in the ui.
    - ShowReportWindow now also takes the ids for guild, zone, diff, encounter so those can also be displayed in the report message.
    - Added getters for NameById for guild, zone, diff and encounter to highscore API.
    - Started adding report module.
    - Various GUI changes;
    * Some cleanup.
    * Changed the filter container to only fill 50%.
    * Added an actions container to the right of the filters, having buttons for Report and Purge.
    - Added MIT LICENSE file
