An option to only track npc healers in PvE #45

    Posting here, as suggested. 

     

    Would be nice if it was possible to only track healing by mobs in dungeons/raids, without alerting mid screen every time fellow healer takes damage (which is every couple seconds with all the mechanics targetting group members).
