Arena Que blocked/instant deserer buff #113

    I have had a few errors with handynotes inside visions but I was not very concerned with them. I just turn off handy notes when I go in and back on when i'm done. However when I turned it back on and que'd with a friend for arena's the que never showed he went in and I never had a button.
