Add Handy Note window opens invisibly behind (fullscreen) World Map.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open fullscreen World Map.

2. Alt-Rightclick on the map.

Expected Result:

Add Handy Note window appears in front of the map.

Actual Result:

Nothing appears to happen, however if you type something then press the minimize map button you'll see the Add Handy Note window appear below the quest log with the text you typed present.

Notes:

The Edit Handy Note window works fine from the fullscreen World Map, it's only the Add Handy Note window that doesn't work.

I hacked this locally by adding OpenQuestLog() after the if statement in HN.OnCanvasClicked, causing the Quest Log to open whenever you add a note. I'm afraid I don't know enough about WoW scripting to fix this properly.

I can confirm this. I have Mapster and the Classic Quest Log installed. Maybe you could change the layer level or z-index? I dont known how the lua interface works here :)
