What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. just open headcount menu in game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see ICC RU translation in the list of vizited raid instances after I actually vizited them =) Instead, there is just an empty field there, no russian local instance name.

What version of the product are you using?

1.7.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?

there are no any errors on start or opening the HC menu.
