    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Manually assigning loot via "command line" to a toon with special characters in the name, e.g. Emåklim

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expect loot to be assigned, but receive "player not found"

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.7.4

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    I do not
