    Add the start and end time for a player to the export strings where applicable (text, phpbb, etc.)

    Current:
    Raid: 04:13:57, Standby: 00:00:00, Offline: 00:00:00

    Desired:
    10:24:54pm - 12:24:54am
    Raid: 02:00:00, Standby: 00:00:00, Offline: 00:00:00
