- give up on chained cooldown nonsense until such time as blizzard fixes the cooldown API or man walks among the stars, whichever comes first
- tweak bar duration logic to (hopefully) permit refreshes, needs testing.
RangedSlot no longer exists, even if it was just a placeholder here.
- ditch Elemental Mastery hackery
- Works in 5.0.
