    - prefix pet/demon spells with PET_TYPE_foo
    - re-implement pet ability scanning, add a Command Demon suppression when pet exists, so we don't end up with duplicate bars
    - inventory handler: bail on empty slots
    - proper event handler calls in OnEnable
    - and back in the toc for embeds
    - AceBucket requires AceTimer, derp
    - effing aceevent-style registrations
    - remove unused AceHook, AceTimer
    - Reverting to spellbook scanning method, as these new 5.0 era meta spells are ruining my day.
