    - Update TOC to 7.0
Sinus Pi:
    - Support basic transformations from and to the azeroth world map, as well as showing pins on it
    The world map behaves slightly differently to any other zones, as
    there is no global instance that covers all its "sub" zones.
    
    To accomodate this, every of the five continents uses a "floor"
    identified by its instance id, which allows the caller to indicate
    which sub-continent to translate to.
    
    Example:
    Translating a pin from the center of Stormwind to the Azeroth World Map
    could be done like this:
    
    HBD:TranslateZoneCoordinates(0.5, 0.5, 301, 0, WORLDMAP_AZEROTH_ID, 0)
    
    0.5, 0.5 are the zone coordinates in Stormwind, dead center in the map.
    301 is Stormwinds map id, with floor 0 (floor nil could also be used)
    WORLDMAP_AZEROTH_ID is the target zone, and the target floor is the
    Eastern Kingdom instance ID (which is 0)
    
    The Azeroth World Map supports all map functions that take a zone/level combination.
    Note that in all cases the level has to be specified as the instance ID
    of the origin continent of the coordinates you are trying to work with.
Hendrik Leppkes:
    - Properly use the terrain map offset for dungeon floors in Legion
    The API in legion changed to return the internal floor ids, which need
    to be offset by one when the map uses the terrain map as the first floor.
    - Re-use data tables for pins when an existing pin is re-added to move it.
    This avoids excess table creation which bypassed the internal table cache.
    - Protect against errors during loading when no unit position is available.
    - Fix handling of micro dungeons on transformed continents
    - Add feral druid artifact scenario override
    - Add instance override for the Karazhan Artifact Scenario
    - Dalaran Underbelly has its own instance ID, apparently.
    - Properly handle map levels in 7.0
    GetNumDungeonMapLevels() now returns a list of available map levels instead of
    a total count.
    - Add instance override for the Temple of Elune Scenario in Val'sharah
    - Add a fallback for GetNumDungeonMapLevels, which can return nil on the Legion Alpha.
    Minor intentionally not bumped since this change is only needed on the alpha,
    but would need a full data update to take effect, which would only add overhead on live.
    
    Reported by Gethe and MysticalOS on IRC, fix tested by MysticalOS.
    - Add the confirmed Draenor zone finale scenarios to the instance overrides
    - Add the proper Garrison Level 2 instance IDs
