Historian:
- Changed the way loot is handled. It should now count quest rewards, items created or traded, loot assigned by a master looter, etc.
- Added two new options to track kills - where you do not get the killing blow - as if they were your own: kills by party members and any kills within earshot when in an instance. Both options are enabled by default.
- As a result of the above change, the tooltip for enemies now lists the number of killing blows you have personally delivered, when that number differs from the total kills.
