Tagging as v0.8

Shefki:
    - Allow for quest rewards other than just Honor and Arena Points.  In
    particular track the Stone Keeper's Shards that the Wintergrasp Quests
    reward.  This also changes the display order and formating slightly
    to accommodate the changes.
    - Fix an indention error in the code.
    - Fix a bug that caused the LDB text to not update when changing the
    Include Competed Quests checkbox.
