What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. On a mid-level druid who has recently learned the Wild Growth talent (level 49), have it turned on in HotCandy's options. As well, have the "Flash" slider set to "1" (as it is on all characters using this).

2. Cast Wild Growth (unglyphed) in a 5-man party.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: bars to appear attached to HotCandy's anchor counting down Wild Growth on all targets evenly. And then flash as they reach 1 second, as other HOT spells cast do properly (Rejuvenation, etc.).

Instead: the bars misbehave so badly that the Wild Growth tracking is essentially useless with HotCandy currently.

Instead of five bars showing Wild Growth appearing and smoothly counting down to 0 (and flashing at 1 second), the bars all start flashing randomly and constantly as soon as it is cast. As well, the bars do not decrease smoothly to 0; when they flash, the timer numbers on each of them show various (apparently random) values and the bars remain 3/4 or more full for the entire duration of the spell.
