    - Add Rejuv as a resto spell
    - Make HudMap play relatively nicely with the world map.
    - Don't usurp the map zoom when getting the current zone data
    - Add Fire Nova pulse range to totem indicators (off by default). Extended the Bloodbolt warning on Lanathel by 3 seconds. Force icon size on acquire.
    - Fix the format parameter for localization
    - Add frFR translation stubs for WowAce localization packaging
    - Add totem texture and color customization options
    - Adjust some timers, fix the Lich King teleporter, fix scaling animation problems
