Chris Heald:
    - Add Rotate Minimap option (default on), and remove the radius fudge factor based on input from olog (thanks!)
    - Fix missing localization in Ulduar encounters, fix a couple of example module bugs, add absolute yard size indicator (10ayd)
    - Make totem enable/disable flag apply immediately on change
    - Fix Ulduar encounters, make HudMap toggle on/off automatically when you join a party or raid, according to your preferences
