What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

If you try to cast a spell, but it fails- particularly for 'target out of range', but it could also be useful for 'not in line of sight'- have the option to display a different, say, red-tinted spell target arrow.

I like this idea. Now that this is installed in the center of my screen, I use it to orient myself, and who is in my range. But when people run away from my heals, and off HudMap, I can't find how far they've gotten.
