Is that the only error you're getting? I'm able to open IceHUD's options just fine, but I'm not using ChocolateBar. Can you open the options if only IceHUD is enabled?

I can open options from /icehud, the game's Options menu -> AddOns tab, and Bazooka. You may have an error elsewhere causing this.

Actually, I figured out what this was and why I wasn't seeing it (it was only happening in the published build, not a dev build). Fixed in v1.15.1.
