What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If you have both interguild link and incognito installed, and you are the guild relay (to enable chat with other guild) it seems to spam guild chat with messages, it copies what the last person said and reposts it under your name.

It seems to be similar to the issue reported here: http://wow.curseforge.com/addons/igl/tickets/2-guild-chat-repeats-when-nicknames-are-used-with-total/

Could you check the description and compare it to your issue? If it is the same, you should hint the author of IGL and point to Incognito. Incognito is a very simple addon, so it might help them to track down the problem more easily. Please report back if you have any update on that.

I reported this to the author of Interguild link and got the following response:

Incognito appears to be causing the extra chat lines to appear by altering the message in order to add the extra tags. IGL can't "see" the extra, altered message, so it isn't suppressed as would normally be the case. Let me play around with it and see if I can find a way to make the two AddOns play better together. This will not be an urgent fix since it's annoying but otherwise harmless, though I will look into it.

Thanks for the effort. I have a rough idea why it happens (events vs. hooks) but have no immediate fix either.
