    it wont work at all since the new patch came out i had it, for about a week when the patch came and it wont even start up now

    Did you try load out of date addons? It's not updated yet for 4.3, a common mistake to make.

    If that's ticked in, try typing /rap in game. Do you get the options? If you get options, try to fiddle it around, try running the bar once.

    If none of this works it's pretty hard to help you unfortunately. I have nothing to go on, no error message no nothing :(
