Adirelle:
    - Do not set font size below 5. Should fix #239.
    - Updated known issues.
    - Removed duplicate spell default and fixed global lists.
    - Fixed glowing highlight for once.
    - Locales updated.
    - Global list updated.
    - Update glowing highlight again.
    - Shamans: properly display the buffs provided by Unleash Elements.
    - Reverted to the old hook-based model (minus USABLE and COOLDOWN updates for Blizzard buttons) to be consistent with LibActionButton buttons handling.
    - Stop messing with LibActionButton-1.0 else Nevcairiel will become grumpy.
    - Brought back hooks for LibActionButton and tullaRange support.
    - Fixed logic about glowing animation for spells in cooldown.
    - Hopefully fixed Inquisition display.
    - Do not interfere with built-in highlights, as we used to.
    - Added Demon Soul aliases.
    - Tidy up some whitespaces.
    - Shamans: display Unleash Flame on Flame Shock, Lava Burst and Fire Nova.
    - Tweaked Paladin's holy power settings.
    - Revamped display updating code: it is now event-based instead of hook-based. This should fix ticket #227.
    - Updated the Holy Power module to treat Divine Purpose as a full stack of holy powers.
