No holy power tracking or interrupt glow for rebuke. #250

    As both holy and ret I saw no stack counting for my holy power nor did I have any special glows provided by Inline Aura. I tested this on two paladins, one with addons and one without. I also went and pulled some mobs to test the interrupt module and it also isn't providing a glow for rebuke. Both modules are enabled and have their settings adjusted accordingly.

    v1.8

    ----- Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No, this did not cause any LUA errors.
