My Monk have the glyph [Glyph of Blackout Kick].
It put a debuff on my target, after i use the attack [Blackout Kick].
The "problem" i have. Is that, i don't get the timer on my [Blackout Kick] button.

When i use [Tiger Palm], i trigger "Tiger Power". And that timer works.

Just a word about filling this ticket :

Actually you know the answer to both these question, because you kinda answered them already :

The effect of the Glyph of Blackout Kick should be shown on Blackout Kick, but nothing happens.

That's not really complicated. The ticketing system is for users to report issues.

Anyway, the real question is : what is the name of the debuff Glyph of Blackout Kick puts on your target ? I don't play a Monk, so I can't test it myself.
