Devastate seems not to show weakened armor #309

    ----- What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Log in with a Prot Warrior
    2. Attack something with Devastate

    ----- What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    The amount of Weakened Armor stacks should be visible on the Devastate button - nothing shows, no debuff presence and no stack count.

    ----- What version of the product are you using?
    1.8.11

    ----- Do you have an error log of what happened?
    N/A

    ----- Please provide any additional information below.
    I've tested using only Inline Aura enabled and the default configuration. I've also tested in Arms and Sunder Armor shows debuff and stacks as it should.

    The spell numbers in Defaults.lua seem to be correct when cross-referencing Wowhead, but I have no in-game spell-ID display.

    Incidentally: line 383 of Defaults.lua references a talent proc Incite from Devastate, but Incite is a glyph with no relation to Devastate. I've tested also with this line commented out - no difference.
