This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.
Here is a description in lieu of screenshots. Anyway, in this case the words tell what several pictures would be required to tell.
I installed InstanceMaps yesterday. I found that it adds a dropdown menu to the right of the other menus that allows you to select the different areas, then the instances in those areas to display the appropriate map. The maps look very like, if not exactly like, the ones in Atlas but have icons with tooltips rather than Atlas's numbered indexes.
