A dragable button something like this:

Left-click: Enable All on current target. Add the target if it doesn't exist yet.
Right-click: Disable All on current target. Add the target if it doesn't exist yet.
Double-click: Open tracking info on current target
Alt-Right-click: Drag (Look at several other mods for conventions first; I want to use an intuitive click combo for drag.)
