A separate addon that backs up InterruptHelper settings in its own saved variables, only when requested by the user, never automated. It can LoD and use no resources except when the user stores or loads a backup.

I need this immediately, even before trying to fix the settings bug, because this is guaranteed to be implementable in a given time frame, and will continue to be useful against any future bugs, whereas the settings bug is a complete unknown.
