    Enable generic tooltip scanning using the "tt:" or "tooltip:" tags

    Tooltip scanning is only performed when these tags are used, not on a
    generic tag-free search.

    This improves the tooltip behavior for more reliable results

    Add tags for bindType and itemDescription searches

    This allows ensuring only this search is used, ie. "d:ap" only searches
    for Artifact Power items, and not any other matches of the phrase "ap".
