JebusMail:
- Slash commands work again! (Finally!) /JebusMail and /jm work.
- Peer-to-peer communication is now an option.  If checked JebusMail will attempt to send the receiver information regarding delivery status.  If unchecked nothing will be sent.  This stops the "User is not online" messages when sending to people who aren't online.
