Reorganize and simplify this addon.

* Sort code into sections to simplify navigation.

* Rename Blizzard API functions to make it clear where in the code they
  are used.

* Remove the saved variables and make broker always display a valid value.

The various display options added verbosity without any clear benefits.
LDB-Vengeance is meant to show the current value of Vengeance, so on toons
where it's not available, just show 0 Vengeance.
