    - toc update
    - removed dummy file
    - dummy file to help kaelten test git repo fixes
    - Adjusted notes in .toc
    - Removed debug code that global replaced SetBackdrop
    - Adjusted inset and layout code some. now matches builtin setbackdrop to the point you can global y replace SetBackdrop and barely notice. Only thing seen is LSM_Border widget, the preview colors are slightly subded
    - Fixed insets code, added some adjustments to edge placement for better alignment at different sizes.
