Last tweak made had logic fail and caused the 2 fails not to work. (was using = and not >) so lets try this. Hopefully not broken and spamming fails, but also working for people who stand in death and decay and flame cinder.

Just not liking sensitivity of death and decay and flame cinder, trying more tweaks. too sensetive not sensitive enough back and forth til I get it right.

Flame cinder and death and decay seem to work as intended now but weren't sensitive enough to tuning down now they are fixed. This should be right balance i hope.

*Added fail for dying to remorseless Winter on lich king
*Recoded fails for deathwhisper death and decay and Koralon Flaming cinder fails since they spammed incorrect fails instantly if you were timepstamped(took damage) at an earlier part in fight. Hopefully this is fixed.

*Redid fail for Sindragosa - Unchained Magic to be a fail for instability instead (you can't fail unchained magic, you can't get rid of it, but you can fail instability stacks). Also, trigger the fail using backlash, that's the correct spellid for damage, not instability.
*Added a drycoded version of instability/backlash to sindragosa that's commented out right now for heroic mode (damages you AND people within 20 yards of you so heroic fail has to work differently)
*Added fail for dying from chilled to the bone (melee debuff from sindragosa)
