Added missing spellids for meteor strike and twilight cutter. Meteor strike has from logs i've seen so far 10 spellids, 4 for impact zone, at least 6 for standing in fire, with variations in damage based on where in fire(maybe more?)

*Improved malleable goo behavior to fail you if one of following conditions happen (instead of just debuff/death)

1. You take more than 10k damage (debuff or not, you ate it like a champ you deserve recognition)
2. You die from it
3. You took less than 10k (grats you used a CD or your disc priests saved you) but You still got cast debuff.

*Malleable goo and choking gas no longer fail you if you are affected by Volatile Ooze Adhesive.
*Tanks no longer fail at malleable goo on festergut heroic. (there really is no point avoiding it as a tank, threat is carried by gastric bloat and the damage to a tank is trivial.)
