Fix for 5.0.5 initialization order and fishing

    - LibFilter_Professions: Fix for 5.0.5 fishing id change
    - Update library versions to 302
    - Move initialization further down filters -- since 5.0.5 seemed to have changed initialization order
    - Some documentation updates
    - Validate that filters have required functions
