Shadowed:
    - GUID detection will now check target -> focus -> mouseover -> targettarget -> focustarget if it fails to find the fallback GUID through UnitGUID(castOn), only applies to healing non-grouped people
    - Changed sanity mapping to only remove entries that no longer exist, rather then checking the GUID to the unit
    - Changed hot monitor to only remove healing records, but not the guidToUnit/guidToGroup mappings as they are still valid
    - Fixed hot monitor waiting 5 seconds before hiding itself when there are no more active hots to track
