Summary of the issue:
Heal prediction is incorrect after changing specs (presumably it is incorrect as well after respeccing).
Expected behaviour:
Heal prediction should take into account of currently active talents, even if they change during gameplay.
Actual behaviour:
Game was started in Restoration spec. Spec was switched (via dual spec) to Elemental. A 6k heal is predicted:
However actual heal was about 4.1k:
A `/reload` resolves this, but it would be nice to not necessitate a reload after spec switching:
