    - Many typos and formatting issues fixes in documentation
    - fix Callbacks.md.txt formatting and try to wakeup luadoc
    - more luadoc and added callbacks' documentation and updated the main description with links to the different pages.

    - Fix the main example --[==[ style comment are not supported
    - Try to put the API on a page call API instead of 2 subfolders... it might fail
    - Code cleanup + luadoc progress, minor set to 2
    - Updated Description.md.txt and make a first attempt on API documentation using Luadoc
    - Fully working port of HHTD's NameplateRegistry sub-module to standalone library format. API documentation is missing though.
    - Added AceTimer-3.0 library (let's not reinvent the wheel...)
    - removed the ignore lines about LibStub's TOC file and tests folder as they have no effect
    - fix LibStub external embedding, attempt to ignore useless files
    - Basic empty library skeleton
