Implemented :GetPlateRegion(plateFrame, InternalRegionNormalizedName) which supports 'name', 'statusBar', 'highlight', 'level', 'eliteIcon'  and 'raidIcon' for now.

If you need other regions, do not hesitate to post a feature request.
