    - Removed AceTimer-3.0 requirement/embedding as proposed by Adirelle.
    The library now uses its own animation timer.
    - Fix a race condition related issue where the lib could temporarily miss tracking nameplates that were immediately (less than 0.1s) hidden after their creation.
    just left click and pan frantically with your mouse right after login to create this problem.
    Now the library no longer tests if the worldframe's new child is shown before checking if it's a nameplate frame and adding it to its registry.
