- The library would not relaunch itself and would stay inoperative if a newer version was loaded while it was already enabled.
- Fixes ticket #1: LibNamePlateRegistry will now start monitoring nameplate as soon as any of its callbacks are registered instead of just when LNR_ON_NEW_PLATE is registered.
- Added LoadOnDemand: 1 to TOC.
