    - - Behavior change: Always fire an 'LNR_ON_NEW_PLATE' event for every shown nameplates when re-enabled after being disabled.
    Previously it did so only for new and changed nameplates which may not be what was expected and could lead to
      inaccurate data in 'LNR_ON_RECYCLE_PLATE' events' fired when re-enabled.
    
    - More cleanup
    - WIP - remove old code that did what Blizzard now provides in WoW7
    - WIP - Compatibility Update for WoW 7 - first working state (needs a lot of cleanup)
    - Fix incompatibility detection forwarding.
    The library was properly disabled but the LNR_ERROR_FATAL_INCOMPATIBILITY event may never be fired in some cases...
    - Make it GitHub friendly
