Miner fixes:
You now set the URL_TRANSPORT to one of SOCKET, CURL, or CURL_SHELL
SOCKET uses luasocket
CURL uses luacurl
CURL_SHELL runs the system installed curl.exe
SOCKET and CURL do not work since they are too old to support SSL connections properly
