lib:Acquire accepts any keyable value as tooltip key.
Acquring an active tooltip doesn't reset it but the number of columns should match.

lib:Acquire(): assert that the name is a string.
lib:Release(): ignore invalid tooltip silently.
CreateCell(): use tooltip.regularFont instead of GameTooltipText.
