In AcquireTooltip(): Fixed typo in the name of the parent of scrollChild.
New function: tipPrototype:SetCellMarginH() - sets the tooltip's horizontal cell margin. Only usable before adding lines.
New function: tipPrototype:SetCellMarginV() - sets the tooltip's vertical cell margin. Only usable before adding lines.
Changed some whitespace formatting in the code.
