In InitializeTooltip(): Store the result of GameTooltip:GetBackdrop() before using it to set the backdrop so tooltip AddOns which set it to nil will not cause an error to be raised.

- changed the way colspans resize cols to get enough width
- row height is now recalculated when colspans have been resized
!WARNING! custom cells need to provide the function cell::getContentHeight() that should return the height of the cell given its current width
