Most green text stats e.g Increases your Mastery by x amount are no longer parsed by Rating Buster

I think for the vast majority of them they have just removed the rating part of the text.

This is on an enGB client with the latest version of LibStatLogic.

I can't seem to find where in the localisation files I'd change this in an attempt to confirm this though.

Yeah, I found where to edit in the LUA and you need to remove rating from the string search since it's no longer displayed like that any more.

This absolutely is correct - the word Rating has been depricated.

What i was doing was adding a second line, so that LibStatLogic continues to work in countries that haven't shipped Mists pre-launch yet.

And yes, someone's going to have to diff enUS and add matching entries to every other language.
