nolib version keeps wanting to update #3

    It looks like the nolib version of LibTagCompiler always wants to be updated in the Twitch client.  I'm not sure what's causing this, although I do see that when you do install the nolib version that LibStub.lua is in the .toc and the file does not exist in the root directory.
