- small bugfix in the function that calculates path costs for the IteratePath function
- fixed a small bug in core method that would cause the minimum level of a zone not to be updated if the min level reported by C_Map differs from the hard coded minlevel in LibTourist.

NOTE about Ny'alotha: this raid does not have a fixed entrance location, it can either be in Uldum or in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. This is not supported by the data structure of LibTourist. Until a way can be found to dynamically detect the zone the raid's entrance is currently in, it is registered as located in Uldum. However, Vale of Eternal Blossoms also has a reference to the raid so it will show up when querying for instances in Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
