Changes since 2.5.2-release1:

    - added Shattrath City - Ilse of Quel'Danas portal (one way)
    - connection between Darnassus and Teldrassil is now classified as contested teleport instead of an Alliance portal
    - added 86 UIMapIDs, for most (but not all) instances
    - placed instanceIDs in a separate table, used for retrieving localized names with GetRealZoneText for instances that are not returned by C_Map.
    - fixed a typo in Magister's Terrace
    - iterators: continents are no longer considered to be a zone or instance
    - IteratePath: increased the 'price' for hostile portals and inaccessible territories (Outland before lvl 58) to inf (was price * 1000) to make sure such path are never an option
    - added verbose comments to IteratePath to explain (and remember) its workings
    - updated version in TOC to 20503

    API CHANGE

    - Added function Tourist:GetInstanceIDLookupTable()
    Returns the lookup table with all instanceIDs as key and the English instance name as value
