- Add support for items received via quest completion.
- Handle monetary gains via PLAYER_MONEY instead of CHAT_MSG_MONEY - handles all cases (Garrison Missions, vendors, mail, quests) and doesn't require message parsing. Zero-value money types will no longer be shown.
